North Korea conducts strategic missile tests
North Korea has for the first time conducted a test of a strategic weapon to counter a nuclear attack.
state-controlled news agency KCNA has reported that the country's leader Kim Jong Un oversaw the exercise.
according to the military statement, Pyongyang fired several long-range missiles towards the sea that traveled up to 300 kilometers and said that this was a warning due to the military intervention of the United States and South Korea, which condemned the incident and called it additional aggression.
